Refunds are handled depending on the order's progress and situation. Completed work is generally non-refundable, and chargebacks will result in a blacklist from the server. If you experience any issues with your order, contact staff so we can help resolve it fairly.

To start an order, you usually need your current rank/MMR, desired rank/MMR, region, and preferred boosting method (duo queue or account boosting). A staff member will guide you through the rest.

Order times depend on the rank, queue times, and server activity. Most smaller orders are completed within a few hours, while larger boosts may take longer. We always try to complete orders as quickly as possible.
